    Overnight Refrigerator Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal


    • 1/3 Cup of Dry Steel Cut Oats
    • 1-5.3oz Container of Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 1/2 Cup of Sweetened Almond
    • 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
    • 1/2 Banana Mashed
    • 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter

    Mix all of it together. Seal in a container and put into the refrigerator for 18-24 hours before eating. Stir one more time right before you eat it.

    Makes 1 serving. Approximately 425-450 Calories. 14 grams of fat; 30 grams of protein; 45 grams of carbohydrates; 12 grams of fiber. Feel free to adjust ingredients to get it into a different calorie range.
