Changing Lives, One Body at Time!

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail

How many times have you been on this roller coaster of emotions? Time and time again, getting excited to workout, see new results, make a better you, and then slowly falling off the wagon.

Usually it’s because you haven’t set yourself up for success. Missing on a few small details that could cost you the results you want and the momentum you need to see success. This doesn’t just jump into your lap and stay there. You have to want it and you have to want it bad!

If you fail to prepare, then you are setting yourself up for failure. You must plan everything ahead and change your state of mind. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something about it! Stop making the same mistakes over and over, expecting different results. If you focus all of your attention and efforts around reaching your goals it will snowball in the right direction.

Getting prepared can be earlier bed times, food prepping for the week, planning your workouts for the week, grocery shopping, anything correlated to reaching your goal. Oh, you don’t have enough time? Well instead of turning on the television and watching your favorite shows or hitting up happy hour with the coworkers, use that time to be productive and constructive instead of counterproductive and destructive.

If you want it bad enough you will make it happen. If you change the way you think and VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT THE FINISH LINE instead of constantly focusing on the struggle to get there, then you WILL succeed!

Watch this; if it doesn’t get your pumped then I don’t know if anything will!!!
