Perfect healthy side dish to go with any protein packed meal!
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, coat baking sheet with olive oil (1 tbs)
2. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces, there should be about 4 cups. Place cauliflower in a medium bowl, add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and toss well.
3. Spread cauliflower over prepared baking sheet and bake until cauliflower is tender, but not mushy, stirring about halfway through.
